Busy and stressful life is main causes of problems. It can be more stressful when we drowning ourselves into anxiety.  We came in this world for limited time period. We need to do so many things in this short period of life. Deadlines are worst when you don’t know what need to do and how to handle situation. Human Body doing miracle or it can be more. If we aware how to use it. Soul and body are two different objects.  Awareness will transform all vibes into courage and then you can do amazing things. You can hack your daily life routine. You can hack the secret of success. 


Ask yourself that “May I treating this body in right way?”

I experienced many people doing very hard work as physically and mentally. They are using this body and in return what they are giving Alcohol, Tobacco Cigarettes, and Drugs etc. Some of badly Surviving for good food because of lack of resources and money. Not only these poisons also involved five evils lust, wrath, greed, attachment and ego or excessive pride. And after looking better results. How is it possible when this is totally against the nature. In this chapter am sharing tips on easy healthy life style using resources as much as easy and cheap.

Supermarkets are full of Ready-to-eat (RTE) foods. My concern is not showing the bad part of RTE. Despite having many advantages, These ready to eat food and food supplements increasing of illness cases.


 

According to NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information advances science) Several RTE foods rely on acidic conditions and rising bacteria such as Clostridium perfringens  and Listeria monocytogenes, and it can easily survive. In these acidic Ready To Eat foods increasing a health risk and can grow under the acid conditions. Most important foodborne pathogens is L. monocytogenes and the most deadly one, causing a higher number of deaths than any other food borne pathogen. NCBI chapter shows  L. monocytogenes is able to survive in acidic RTE foods and cause disease.

These packaged and ready for consumption without prior preparation or cooking.  I am asking you why you are taking any risk for life?. After Years of study, doing hard work, extra hours shift for what? Why we are taking risk with our health.? Life is not only about study, money, meditation-Yoga and exercise. You should be more punctual about your Fresh Food and rich Diet.


Ordering online food from the five Star restaurant will not help you to improve your health body and mind. So here are some shortlist step we will discuss.    

1.       Make a Plan

Became a market researcher. Choose some seasonal fresh Veggies and more fruit and make a weekly plan for it. Green Salad good source of nutrition and rich in fiber. Your selection should be more natural. Choose food that already ready to eat by nature.

I starts my day with two Glass of warm Lemon Water mix with one tablespoon honey and one pinch of black salt. Simply add half lemon juice+honey to warm water and drink it to enjoy a refreshing start to the day. It will help to reduce your body’s acidity levels and protects you against inflammatory diseases.


2.       Stop Extra Consumption and Start Your Day with Exercise

Eating back to back can be bad habit and it can harmful for your liver. Different types of taste effect on your mode and behavior. People are surviving with gastric and abdominal pain problems. Several type of food contains extra Fat and sodium. It can increase risk heart disease. May you not focus on Nutrition Facts of drinks and snacks that how much you already consumed? People have addiction Eating snacks, soft drinks and chocolate while watching Netflix Series, for what purpose?

A Good Start of Working out early in the morning gives you high energy levels and blood circulation. It encourages good lymphatic function in the body. 30 minutes in a day can make a big change!  With the help of instructor you can start cardio and weights throughout the week for all-over general health. 3.       Balance Diet Plan

Add a balance diet plan in your daily routine. Breakfast is king of your Diet. A balanced Diet rich in protein will circulate in your blood full day so fuel your body with a healthy mix of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Try Full cup of cow’s milk yogurt or coconut yogurt with dry nuts, green salad and low-sugar granola bars and fruits like banana. Or you can hire a hire a nutritionist for your better believe.

4.       Increase Water and Oxygen Stay Hydrated and Energetic

Did you notice, how many times your body giving thirsty sign? If you feel thirsty drink the water same time. Carrying a water bottle is good sign of behavior. Do not misbehave with your body. In winter we feel less thirsty than summer. But time to time as maintaining take single sip of water.

Increase Oxygen more inhale and exhale will help you more energetic and clear mind and body. Use of Low sodium water will help prevent your cells, organs, tissues use water to help with temperature regulation and maintaining bodily functions. 5.       Save Precious Time and Money

Time is your most precious gift because you only have a set amount of it. You can make more money, but you can't make more time. If your selection is more fruits and vegetables, Green salads then May you will not waste your time for prepare different kind of food. And you can save your money from these snacks also. Ready to eat food coming directly from nature like Various types of nuts, milk, Fruits and veggies, water and Green salad will save your time in this busy life style. I don’t want compare to human with animals but if we see animals are healthier than us and no one cooking for them and they are not using any type of snacks, drinks. They are directly dependent to nature. Even some of them living long life on mother earth until hunted.

6.       Water Fasting

This is the most important step in this chapter. There are different ways of fasting. The abstinence from foods and drinks lik coffee, milk, tea, soft drinks etc for a set period of time.

In general, fasts are performed over 12-24–72 hours. Intermittent fasting involves cycling in-between periods of eating and fasting, and few hours to a few days at a time. Water fasting will help to regrowth your digestion system and health benefits, from weight loss to better brain function.

Green vegetables are always a great choice. Add plant-based proteins such as tofu and Avoid caffeine, tea Coffee in the late evening, because it will prevent you sleeping soundly at night. Few minutes Yoga and Meditation activity that relaxes mind and body to restart your day. Reading an inspiring book, spend some time alone far from this busy world and search the answer of some important questions, remind yourself of everything that is going well in your life.
